– Limited doc:  1 year Fed tax return, 2 months bank statements/assets, no pay stubs.
– You pay the regular points and closing cost.
– Vesting : Individual, Corporation , LLC , & Partnerships are allowed.
– Properties owned:  10+ properties allowed.

Loan to Value: Up to 75% Maximum.
Credit Scores: 630 minimum (middle score).
